Ian was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first meeting through to being completely signed off he showed kindness and empathy with my situation. Prior to meeting Ian, I was very nervous about the whole procedure but he was both reassuring and understanding. He made me feel completely at ease and answered any queries I had without using excessive medical terminology, making it easy for me to understand. One suggestion I would mention is that I would have found it helpful to have viewed my pre-op photos earlier as it would have been an added incentive to lose the weight I needed to prior to surgery! I cannot thank Ian and his team enough for the wonderful service I received. I will be eternally grateful. Thank you.

Mr Grant gave me lots of time to decide my options, was not pushy at all. Arranged an extra consultation just to reassure me prior to the operation date, without additional charge. Was happy to answer any of my question(there were lots!) I was booked in to stay up to 2 nights, but after my first night Mr Grant came and assessed me and said I was ok to go home, but I did not feel ready to be sent home first thing(bit of a wimp) so I was allowed to stay as long as I needed- ended up staying till mid afternoon. Felt a lot better having a slow morning getting ready to go home. Would I recommend Mr Grant?......Hell yes!!

After losing 2 1/2 stone in weight and breast feeding my 3 children gravity had taken its course and I opted to have breast augmentation. I had been to numerous of surgeons of which I liked none of them, I went to see Mr Grant in March on one of spires 10 minute consultation nights & within 5 weeks I was booked in & had the surgery. From the moment I met him I knew he was the one I wanted to prerform the operation. He knew excatly what I wanted and listened to everything I had to say, concerns and fears. The way he deals with his patients is of the highest standards and I felt like he had known me for quite some time and I wasn't just 'another patient'. I have come away very very happy with breasts that look and feel great with minimal scaring and the aftercare I received was outstanding. Always greeted by Mr Grant with a smile and nothing was ever a problem. I would recommend Mr Grant 100%. He is a wonderful surgeon who meets high expectations over and beyond.
